The hotel had a good location in the middle of Pyrgos Kallistis. The personnel was accommodating and fantastically friendly.

Overall very special stay for Good Friday celebration. Exceptionally clean property with professional and very supportive staff. Quiet and optimal location - 5 minutes walk from bus station. Enjoyed local area. Good restaurants onsite.

Everything was perfect, nevertheless we stayed for 1 night only. The bed was very comfortable and the room was reasonably large and fashionable. The location was absolutely perfect and beautiful, near the bus station for local buses with easy access to a market and a little store.

The rooms were big, with windows opening to city. The marvellous and stunning location was near Pyrgos Venetian Castle. The hotel met the needs, I will come back.

I have stayed here before, it's still a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was incredible and offered lots of delicious food. The room was huge and clean, without a doubt, had an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware.

Our experience here was great. Plenty of meals for breakfast, it was incredible and very very good. The room they gave us was beautiful and brand-new with big balcony.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs well, couldn't recommend more it. Had an extra special stay for Good Friday celebration. The food was appetising, with a lot of options. Location: the hotel was close enough to the local buses, the famous black beach in Perissa and Pyrgos, one of the loveliest villages in Santorini.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making an effort to assist us during our stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the center of the village and easily accessible. Another positive aspect was the typical architecture of the building, which added to the charm of our stay.

Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the room was not clean. There were spots of toothpaste, crumbs of hard soap, and even someone else's hair scattered around.

My Thanksgiving stay in this hotel was great! The complimentary wine and delicious food were a nice touch. The location was perfect with easy access to various tourist spots. The ambiance was cozy and relaxing, which was ideal for my holiday trip.

I felt that the transport service was overpriced. the receptionist was not very helpful in giving directions and offering alternative transport options.

Optimal location close enough to restaurants and main areas of the village as well as both the ferry and the airport makes it a good choice. Competent, useful people working here.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Pyrgos village and had a wonderful experience. the location was perfect as it was very close to the bus stop, making it easy to explore the island. Additionally, the hotel had rooms with a equipped small kitchen, which was a great convenience. The highlight for me was the big balcony with a wonderful view, where I could relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. Lastly, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything I needed. this hotel provided great value for money and I highly recommend it.

The only thing that could be improved at this hotel was the breakfast options. While it was included in the stay, I found the choices to be a bit repetitive and lacking in quantity and variety.
